「I would not recommend this place. They did not respond to my inquiries about how to check in despite messaging them though Expedia, their portal, and by email. I had to contact Expedia to contact them to let me in. The place smelled of sewage and despite doing the same they never responded. So I had to remain for two nights in a room that smelled like sewage . The internet does not consistently work and when it does is very very slow.」

「Overall, I was disappointed with this stay and unfortunately wouldn’t choose it again. The kitchen air conditioning didn’t work, making it uncomfortable in the summer heat. There were also very few plug sockets compatible with standard adaptors, making it difficult to use the iron or charge devices using original charging plugs. The TV was unusable. 「While the apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and greeted by a wonderful host, there is only one set of towels and bed linen for a week, it would have been better to at least have 1 change while I was there and not at an extra cost but I understand trying to keep costs low. The room was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic, the noise from the street was hard to muffle out as scooters were zooming past 24/7 and required ear plugs every night (fireworks at 2 & 4 am was a challenge...

「This was a fantastic place to stay. The host was so kind and helpful. The rooms in our suite were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for accessing the train to Naples and was a short walk into town. We highly recommend this place.」

「À l’arrivée, l’endroit peut sembler un peu intimidant, notamment parce qu’il y a des graffitis sur la porte donnant accès au bâtiment. Les instructions sont claires. Par contre, une fois à l’intérieur, on s’y sent rapidement en sécurité. L’accès est facile et il y a un petit ascenseur, même si nous avons préféré prendre les escaliers pour tenter de brûler quelques calories après toute la bonne bouffe de Naples! Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.」

「Zentrale Unterkunft im spanischen Viertel von Neapel, mit mehreren Mini Marts in direkter Umgebung, nur 20 m vom Maradona Mural entfernt. Lebendiges Viertel, aber die Fenster sind gut schallgedämmt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und kleinere Mängel wurden schnell und unkompliziert behoben. 」

「Definitely don't judge a book by its cover! Behind the battered gated archway, up the old stone stairway and behind another old door, lies a series of simple, totally modernised apartments. A lovely unique & quirky space, comfy main bed & sofa beds, basic kitchen (well equipped with crockery, pans & cutlery) and a super ensuite. Customer service, was excellent; questions answered promptly, via WhatsApp, at any hour. Only improvement would be to have a slightly bigger fridge with a freezer...

「The apartment was very clean, spacious and accommodated all our needs. The kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and everything we needed.
