I had to call Expedia before the property finally texted me which room I was in and the access code. Good thing that the weather was nice while I waited around for almost 30 minutes before I could get into my room. I've never had this type of issue before with a virtual front desk."

Property is showing its age. time to do a refurbish. bathtub faucet tripped continuously. bathroom door hinges installed improperly so door did not close easily. lighting in the room was very poor with outdated CFL bulbs. Easily fixed but management apparently has chosen not to. Bed comfortable. heating/cooling unit worked well and was clean."
