"Our room was very clean and ready for us. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was inviting. The ice-water in the lobby was a very welcome offering, and we filled our bottles daily! While we appreciate the "housekeeping on demand" approach taken, this was confounded by the fact that there are no towel racks in the bathroom. This makes it hard to go without service for more than a day."

"I thought the beds were comfortable and the morning breakfast was quite good and had a number of options. Now about the cleanliness. By all appearances it was clean, however upon getting ready to get into bed on the first night we discovered a pair of dirty socks between the bed and the end table. The desk clerk came and removed them, but you just don't forget something like that so it did tamper the rest of our stay. And this compounded to a previous visit several years back where a used band aid was found under a foot stool. Therefore, this is the reason for my rating of poor for cleanliness. "
