「Arrived 40 minutes after check-in time to be told that our room would not be ready for another 15-20 minutes. Staff were friendly. The room did not get cold and tended to run on the warmer side- even when turned down to 65. Overall a clean and a decent place to stay.」

Didn't try spa but heard from other guests it's amazing. And if you don't feel like walking 5 blocks to beach they've got free shuttle to/from beach til 430pm. 「Fantastic Location, and we rented an Ocean Front Apartment, so that was the best part of our stay at the Henelopen. There was a delayed check-in due to the cleaning staff; we had to call to request clean towels everyday; there was no room service (trash, towels, sweeping,...) the entire stay; and the area directly outside of our door was quite filthy the entire 4 days of our stay (as was most of the hallway on the entire 4th floor). I would rate the overall stay as a 3 out of 5. They can...
