"I only stayed at this hotel for one night out of the five nights I reserved. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos online and was clearly very worn down. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the shower did not drain at all, so I had to bathe while standing in a tub full of water. I requested maintenance to come fix the issue, but no one ever came. Because of this, I was forced to check out early. Unfortunately, I was not given a refund for the remaining nights, and I had to pay to stay at another hotel. If you don't mind staying somewhere with broken and poorly maintained essentials, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"We need a place with enough space for our family of four, but many accommodations we usually consider were fully booked. We typically stay at Mount Cinnamon or a villa. While Mandela offers some peace, we would never stay there again due to several issues: - **Wi-Fi Problems**: The internet connection was very unreliable, and we received little explanation. - **Leaking Ceilings**: Both bathrooms had leaking ceilings. - **Pest Issues**: We encountered a significant bug problem, and there was no follow-up from management. - **Inadequate Supplies**: Towels and toiletries were not replenished without us asking. - **Security Concerns**: The main door to the property did not lock properly, and even when it did, we couldn't access the property with the provided code. This meant that anyone could walk in, although the area is generally safe. Overall, it was a challenging 10-day stay, despite the property being in a calm area. I seriously considered leaving. Pool view level. "
