DO NOT BOOK! This hotel is a fraud. The photos look nothing like the property. The property is located on a side of a mountain and completely over grown with trees and bushes.This hotel is located far from any civilization in a residential area. When we arrived there wasn't a check in desk. It took an hour to finally find someone walking around to show us our room. After traveling 18 hours, all we wanted to do is take a shower and sleep. Not possible, the faucets in the shower were broken and there wasn't any water. We contacted Sharon the owner, and she gave us a rusty pair of pliars to try to adjust the water. There were red ants in our dirty bed sheets and all of the curtain rods were broken so there wasn't any privacy. The next morning we booked another hotel for the remainder of our weekend. I contacted the owner about a refund but she never replied. Book any other hotel in Grenada because you will highly disappointed with this hotel. Read the previous reviews with simlar descriptions, they are all true. The owner Sharon tries to be polite and courteous but I think it's to try to get you to accept the below standard accommodations she is selling. You ve been warned!

If you like hidden gems this is definitely the place for you. Sharon and her team ensured I was comfortable. I got great info before my arrival especially because it was a holiday. Breakfast was great and the entire experience was wonderful.

Wonderful stay in the 3BD/3Ba poolside villa. HUGE rooms with ample space and unlimited seating options. The grounds and property were beautiful and garden-like. The pools were well maintained and refreshing. The rooftop pool was especially a treat after a long beach day, and has a really beautiful view. The owner Sharon was very friendly and communicative. The groundskeeper was also very pleasant and helpful. We loved the area we chose to stay in and with our car rental it was very conveniently located to our most visited areas. Without a car it would not be possible to walk for any dining/groceries as it is deep in from the main road and extremely hilly, so we were very glad to have rented. The nearby beaches of Grande Anse and BBC were phenomenal, and Sharon provides ample beach/pool towels in the room which is helpful. I would definitely return to the property and look forward to seeing it with all the finishing touches. Some work was not yet completed (unpaved driveway, pool bar/kitchen not open) but it did not disrupt or affect our stay. Reef View Villas was a lovely unique slice of solitude with fun architecture and everything we needed while on holiday as a family.

Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful.

We stayed in the trade winds villa and traveled with two kids, 5 and 1.5 and had an amazing time. Pool is perfect we spent many hours every day in it and rooms are set up and air conditioned. It can get very warm on main floor. Railing has some areas that are broken and was a little nerve wracking with our toddler but not specific to this house. The house looks just like the posted photos! We had to buy much of our kitchen supplies above the basics as well as toys for the kids,

I stayed in the honeymoon villa. It was so nice having my own private pool. It is a great location to have peace and quiet but also just 10 minutes or less in the car to be at the main beach, restaurants and bars. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe here. Sharon the owner is very quick to respond to messages or concerns. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Reef View Pavilion Villas and Condos was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were impeccably clean and luxurious, offering a serene, private retreat with a truly breathtaking ocean view that we'll never forget. The property itself is beautiful, but the highlight was the staff— Mrs. Sharon was warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. She made our stay feel seamless and special. We highly recommend Reef View Pavilion for anyone seeking a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

This was literally the worst stay of my life! The place was so old and disgusting. We came back to the room with a bunch of bugs crawling on the ceiling. The owner, who lives there BTW, cane with a broom and took them down. Needless to say we couldn't sleep that night. Then the water flow was a trickle, literally! She said we'll fix it. Well then the water was black! Next, we had a "private" villa. We are changing our clothes and a random man and woman are on the patio. We again txt the owner. She said that they were employees and she would tell them, they can't take brakes on the patio. Like what!!!??? You have to tell them that!? So we were ready to leave after less then 24hrs. Expedia called to get some of our money back but she refused! It was awful. We are suing her for all of it now. Do not stay here!!

Ms. Sharon & her daughters were great hosts that accommodated all my needs. Just a phone call a way... The property is beautiful & unique. The breakfast was amazing. The 2 pools are accessible at any time but the only thing is one of the pool is deep, so be careful if you cant swim. Otherwise 10/10

While the property was pretty and unique, we had no hot water for our entire stay and breakfast was very basic. Our light bulb blew and that was rectified but the no hot water and no tv not working made it miserable.

Super nice staff. Cute room, place was clean, pools were quiet. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I was caught by suprise about the lack of hot water but that was my fault for not thinking to look into it. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, no bugs were seen besides mosquitoes that snuck in with the door opening.
