Literally, the housekeeping staff would knock on our door in the morning and take all of our towels and not replace them. Our towels would be gone all day long and finally late in the afternoon we would call and ask for towels back and they’d begrudgingly give us more towels. Housekeeping also wouldn’t sweep the rooms or empty our trash unless prompted to do so and they were supposed to clean the rooms every day. The lower pool was dirty and cloudy. Some of the staff members had an attitude as if we were bothering them when we asked them for food or drink. It definitely was not worth the high price that we paid to stay there. If you feel compelled to stay here, negotiate the price down because it definitely is not worth the money, especially when you can’t even get a towel.

Comfortable, beautiful views from the room and its covered deck as well as breakfast on the bay. Pools and poolside bar were relaxing. Yoga studio and views as well as chocolate cafe added to the experience. Very close to St. George university for the purpose of the visit——seeing my niece and her vet school life on Grenada! Most staff were accommodating. Disappointed in the food at dodgy docks…and the limited access to fresh towels.

True Blue is a well kept property with beautiful views both day and night. Its location is convenien to town and the airport. I plan to return next year. I do not like the sixty bug bites that I am still suffering from. Bug repellent is a must.

Best stay in Grenada so far

We stayed here for a few nights, having enjoyed a lunch here last year. Our Tower Room was beautifully presented and well-equipped. AC quiet and efficient, with an added ceiling fan. The bed was extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights sleep. The hotel site is clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially Devenne. The restaurant served fresh local food at all three meals. Courtesy transport to the beach was much appreciated. Cannot recommend True Blue too highly and will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we liked it. It feels like a tranquil secluded oasis. The staff accommodated all our requests. Beach shuttle is an excellent addition. There are multiple dining options around the resort. We swam in the lap pool multiple times.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Staff is friendly and the front desk is helpful. Getting fresh towels can sadly be a lengthy chore, but the beautiful and peaceful surroundings easily make up for it. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the beach and I really enjoyed the classes offered in the beautiful open air yoga studio. We also really enjoyed just spending time by the pools on the property. The food was good and the Wednesday night street food is a really fun event that brings in a lot of locals as well. Loved all the life music. Highly recommended!

Staff was outstanding. Rooms were large and I always enjoy boutique hotels for their uniqueness. I believe I met the owner my last day as I was daydreaming before departing for the airport. Very open and friendly. I will definitely return

I wished they had more frequent shuttles to grand Anse and also a shuttle to the airport would be good PR. They are very close to the airport. I stayed for 4 nights and my checkout time was noon (not 11:00). I asked for a late check out for 1pm and was told for 60$ USD I could. I would not pay that for an extra hour so I didn’t do it. I did however notice that at 1 pm the housekeeper was still 3 doors down. I needed a room change on my second day for multiple reasons and they were fairly good about that. They seamed to need to ensure availability (which is reasonable) and asked me to come back in an hour, which I did, and the room was granted. Once I moved to the new unit, I noticed that almost all the units were empty my entire stay. Strange but I didn’t say anything, just thought it odd. The staff were ok, hit and miss. The place is quite colourful and clean. The hot breakfast was quite nice. Entertainment was great at the Dodgy Dock. I couldn’t get a “hi” out of the Aquanaught staff. I’m a diver and I knew I didn’t want to dive with such unfriendly people so I didn’t interrupt their mood to even ask. Overall, I’d say 7.5/10

We loved the family feel of this resort. The breakfast that was included was amazing and local. We were there to tour the University, and it was a safe, 10 minute walk. It's extremely difficult to find something that we didn't like. In fact, we really can't think of one thing. Returning SOON!!!
