「Meine Suite war beeindruckend! Direkt am Wasser große Terrasse und das Meer war wunderschön zuhören und zusehen es fühlte sich so an als wäre ich direkt auf dem Meer. Frühstück war ok, wobei es keine Session war, war es mir dann zum Teil doch zu voll am Büffet und leider auch nicht mehr viel übrig wenn man nicht direkt als erster da ist. Das Personal dort war freundlich jedoch ich fühlte mich nicht beachtet da es dort wohl viele Stammgäste gab die komplette Aufmerksamkeit erhalten haben. Nichts...

「Die Hotelanlage ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr umfangreich und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Buffetauswahl war riesig und täglich gab es unterschiedliche Themenabende. Am Tage gab es immer ein Programm für jung und alt, sowie am Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musik, Akrobaten und Show. Die beiden Themenrestaurants könnten aus meiner Sicht ein wenigvielfältigere...

「The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. 」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
