I stayed in the superior room. It was clean, newly renovated, with a modern bathroom. Amenities included a safe refrigerator, espresso machine, and even slippers and a toothbrush kit. The location is excellent, short walk to everything in Old Town. Mattress was acceptable.

What a great experience and place We got there very early for check in and the guy in reception (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was the nicest person, he made us feel so comfortable when we were waiting in the lobby. The room was also very nice and clean. The locations was perfect as well

Wonderful stay. Bed and room size perfect for one or two people. Very cold ac , amazing water pressure in shower. Amazing room cleaning service - they even folded my pjs!! Staff were so kind and helpful. The night manager even waited with me outside for my taxi at 4 am. The area is very safe and walkable to all bus pick up spots and food/ shopping. I will be staying here again.

My stay at the Mirabello was excellent. It was centrally located but within “suitcase trundling” distance of the central bus station. My room was air conditioned and very clean and spacious and the staff were helpful in advice about the next leg of my journey. The next time I visit Heraklion my go to accommodation will be the Mirabello Hotel!

I loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. I also hadn’t noticed when booking that breakfast would be included so that was a great surprise. AC worked and the room was very clean. The only thing I would improve are the showers. Other than that I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

The Mirabello Hotel was situated right downtown and close to everything: shopping, restaurants, museums, bus stops, ocean front! However it was just off the beaten path enough to be very quiet! The perfect scenario! The staff was so very helpful with giving directions, suggestions and answering any questions at all! My 17 year old grandson wanted to watch FIFA and it was on in the middle of the night, so the clerk invited him to watch the game on the big screen tv in the lobby with him! He loved it! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely horrible experience! Blood on sheets, sink full of hair. Told staff, they said blood was old stains and had been washed. Blood on sheets and pillow cases. Staff were accommodating and charged us a fee to change rooms under the basis that the room was under my name alone and not mine and my husbands.

Good without being spectacular. this is literally a 3 star hotel and does the job for a short stay or a convenient location stay. Located about 2 blocks from the main street it has good access to most things around there to walk to. The room was very compact, balcony would be luck to be 1m wide. The aircon was great, the water pressure was good, Vanity is so tiny and has a shelf placed directly above it, making it difficult to shave or clean your teeth. the shower is small but expected in Italy Hotels. Staff at reception were helpful on the few occaisions i interated with them. There was only a hand held shower head, and no wall mount which makes it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Bed was quite firm and was only made up with a bottom sheet, the top sheet had to be put on yourself if you wanted it. Knowing what to expect, it was cheap and serviced my needs so would probably use again if I stayed in Heraklion again.

Aircon fantastic & space appropriate, had quiet setting & sleep timer best I've used in a hotel for years. Had kettle, coffee, good new frig, bathroom small but worked, only missed a hook for hand held shower. Had my own balcony with drying line, fitted with nice metal dark shutters for late sleeping. Far exceeded expectation, great location. Recently stayed in the next door newer hotel but these facilities worked very well
