"The staff are all so warm and welcoming. My flight out was delayed so I was able to leave my luggage and take some time to explore the neighborhood some more and work in the lobby/lounge area. I will be staying here again."

"Room needs to be updated, Charged my card 3 times and didn’t try to fix the issue, after I showed them that they charged me. Didn’t have enough amenities in the room. Furniture needs to be replaced "

"Came in with several families. Pool had amazing views. Rooms worked perfectly. And the bar/lobby area was nice for hanging out. Very walkable to many restaurants or coffee shops. Will definitely stay again. "

"No frills hotel, but had everything we needed and the staff was exceptional. Helped with our safe and were all very friendly. Location was perfect for walking to United Center. Our flight got cancelled and we ended up having to leave a day early and checking out at 6 am. The clerk at the desk said she would check with her manager about a partial refund. We were not holding out hope, and would have understood if we had not been reimbursed, but today we had a credit for the unused night. Exceptional customer service ! "
