But what truly stood out was the genuine support from the front desk and management—they went above and beyond to assist us when our car broke down. "The location is in West Sedona. A much more quiet area but only 5 minutes from the busy shopping district. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. The property was clean and the the pool was perfect for the heat wave when there in June 2025.Easy and convenient! "
