Good location and very close to the local restaurant/grocery store/gas station. The car wash in the circleK is pretty nice and cheap. Lake Powell is walkable from the hotel.

Our boat tour was cancelled due to weather, but get in your car and drive around to Wahweap overlook and any other marina-lake for views, it's still beautiful.
