"The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return "

"The Hotel is all updated, great service and nice location and amenities but they don’t recognize our Hilton points because we reserved with Expedía. It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. The other think I don’t like was the room temperature is set so you can’t lower it more than 19 decrees Celsius and that is not acceptable "

"We had a wonderful stay! The host met us at the location and gave us a briefing of the area which we really appreciated. The accomodations was modern, clean and all prepared for us. Althogh a bit small it worked for the 4 of us. The most captivating part was the view! An absolutely breathing view of the island, especially Islote de Vila Franca. We would caution however if someone is challenged with stairs, there were a lot of them to get to our suite, so carrying the luggage up and down was a workout."
