「Très bien situé mais nourriture de pauvre qualité」

「The staff are kind and friendly. They are truly very nice. The property is clean, the small qualm is that the shower can leak through the cover, which a bath towel can handle. It is spacious and a proper apartment within the hotel, as listed. But, the resort is nothing like the listing. To begin, the property is in a different municipality than described. 「We had a decent stay. Did not feel like a 5 start property. Breakfast buffet was average ans stayed exactly the same for all 5 days we atayed there. Front desk staff was nice but room service and restaurant service was a hit or miss. Location is very good, central and close to nicr beaches.」

「We loved our stay at Octant Furnas. The thermal pools were relaxing very enjoyable. The staff members were attentive and friendly. They food was excellent. Above all, Carmen the massage therapist was outstanding - diligent, committed and very skillful.」

「Great view Great service Great for families」

The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

「What I liked the most was the breakfast, with a variety of everything. It was one of the best breakfasts I have seen. Also, the servers in the breakfast room were very pleasant and friendly. In addition, the room rates are reasonable. Also, the hotel is centrally located.」

「Alles top! Nur der Balkon von Zimmer 6 hat diesen Namen nicht verdient, es handelt sich nur um einen Juliet-Balkon, mit dem man nichts anfangen kann.」

「Andrea was very helpful as she allowed us to do an early check in, explained about local things to do. Breakfast was OK. Jacuzzi, pool operative but not whirlpool.」

「Hello from America! Absolutely beautiful property, well maintained & operated by kind people. Breakfast was so good! Everything was super clean. Thank you so much!」
