「I don't want to hurt the ratings of this hotel but I wanted to explain a few things so that future guests understand a little more about the property. We booked a room with a king + 2 doubles for one single night as our last night in Italy before our 6 am 22 hr journey home. We wanted something comfortable and close to the airport so it seemed like a good choice, but I was a bit disappointed in a few things. The staff are brilliant, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, all situated in a vibrant area just outside the main town, so it's quiet at night too. Would love to return one day.」

We'd especially like to call out Salem for staying late for us on our check in day due to flight delays that made us arrive much later than our original expected arrival time.
