"The rooms were very clean and large. Good sized bathroom and shower. However a,entities were only ok. Very disappointing food options as no coffee cafe, if youdidnt pay for high end Morto s steakhouse then you are out of luck. Casino did not open u til 9:00 am and very limited variety of slot machines. They many duplicates of a few slots which made a boring experience after an hour."

"Daniel was warm, gracious and makes a mean egg white omelette. Would have appreciated better WiFi signal in the bedroom and temperature control for the shower is a little sketchy. But you cannot beat the location if you’re a racing fan. The room with a (small) balcony is well worth the supplement."

"This was deemed a non smoking room. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. I came to Saratoga because my son had emergency surgery. I was exhausted by the time I got to my room, so I did not request a replacement room. I have stage 4 cancer, so this was very important it was a non smoking room. I was completely uncomfortable and left at 5:30 am. I explained to the agent at the desk and she just said ok. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed."
