"It's a lovely hotel right on shore of the lake. Room was large and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. Dinner was excellent but the breakfast was poor for the money. We struggled getting to the hotel as there were no taxis available from Stressa station. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay and actually enjoyed this area more than Lake Como ."

"Pretty small room, very basic, considering the cost, but perhaps that’s the standard for Zermatt. Was a bit of an uphill trek to get to, so even though it was not a long distance from the town center, it might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. Nice views of the mountain though."
