Our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again. There is a convenient bus that takes you into Stresa and Arona (the Baveno train station was not operational during our visit).

Der Empfang an der Rezeption durch den Mitarbeiter (Rolando?) war beeindruckend. Hotelfachschule par excellance. High end Sympatiefaktor. Die Lage des Hotels ist imposant. The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. Decoration in their rooms are fantastic.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. My neighbor kept me up fighting with her boyfriend. Finally called down to the desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. My friends also got their laundry washed by hotel. So that was a great service. Lots of cruise liners (Viking) use that hotel. Again quite beautiful.

First of all, the staff was super professional and nice. Rachel from the front desk made our stay such a great pleasure and the overall experience truly best, with her care, attention, and service.
