Hotel Bristol Is incredible! whatever the max amount of stars. I The front desk was fantastic and helpful for those of us that speak english only (sadly only one language) all the personell speak great english. The check in was simple. The room decor was very modern and very very clean. The breakfast area was excellent and the staff there was awesome and very attentive without being invasive. The food was delicious they had all the food a euro hotel offers. The hotel has a ski locker room downstairs to store your gear. Access to the slopes is very walkable. There are tons of restraunts on the street coffe shops and bars If i make there again (from california)this is where im staying

Security was a problem and no a/c

The door to my room did not lock automatically when the door closed but had to be locked manually from the outside with the key card and there was no way to lock it from inside the room: I was told this was a "feature" the hotel used for certain ski groups (but I wasn't in such a group). As a result, I left my room inadvertently unlocked for a whole day. There's no real security for left luggage: anyone can walk into the lounge area and take your bag. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. The hotel claims to have air conditioning but there was certainly no air conditioning in my room. Breakfast begins at 8am so the hotel doesn't work well if you need an early start. The hotel did not print my Saastal card until the morning after I checked in which didn't bother me but could be a real (and very expensive) inconvenience to some people (although other Saas-Fee hotels also do this).

Een wat gedateerd hotel.

Het hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd. Niet alle personeelsleden waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij kwamen laat in de middag aan en er werd ons verteld dat wij niet in het hotel konden dineren maar iets buiten de deus moesten zoeken, Helaas. Leken de meeste restaurants vol te zitten. Handig om op de website te vermelden!!

Family run, I was overwhelmed with the kindest of the owners and the staff. So helpful and it was genuine. Lovely, lovely people and there are quirky things around the hotel, books, cards, games etc ! It was like home from home: It was such a wonderful stay, that I extended my holiday again and again In addition the evening menu and breakfast was exceptional, every time. Nothing was too much bother and it really made my holiday in Saas Fee a brilliant one. The evening meals are superb. Seriously. They are good. A wonderful place to stay in Saas Fee. Great location location. I had a south facing room with balcony. I’d highly recommend staying there. Dog friendly, yoga studio and gym. I’ve made friends for life and will be staying there again for sure :)

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel an bester Lage, wenige Meter vom Skilift und mit phantastischer Aussicht auf die Bergkette. Vorbildliches, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer welches sauber, gut eingerichtet und einen grossen Balkon mit toller Aussicht hatte. Wegen einem medizinischen Notfall bei unserer Tochter, mussten wir einen Tag früher abreisen. Wir wurden dabei vorbildlich und professionell vom Hotelier, Personal und anwesenden Gästen betreut und unterstützt.

trés bien placé, chambre spacieuse et très belle vue montagne!

Un hôtel qui jouit d'un excellent emplacement, mais commence à vieillir un peu; il mériterait une réfection notamment dans la partie entrée/réception et la salle de petit déjeuner. Vu l'emplacement cela vaudrait vraiment la peine de le faire ! Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel.
