「The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! 「This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.」

「We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!」

「Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.」

「Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Updated and well maintained property close to the highway. What more could you want?」

「The have a slightly later check out than everybody else.」

「We had a nice stay, room was clean. The night staff, (unfortunately didn’t get her name but works until 11 pm) was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately only decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning.」

「Hotel was very busy and they only had one working elevator. Parking is away from the hotel across the street at a parking garage for mall parking. Breakfast was good with plenty variety. Even with the little inconveniences I would stay again.」
