「One of my new favorite places! Kuxtal staff was excellent. They were very attentive. When I had to leave early for tour or for my next destination, they made me a to-go box with fresh fruit, sandwich, and juice. They were very helpful. The wifi was perfect. Very comfortable bed and room. I highly recommend Kuxtal for your stay in Merida. 」

「Overall I really liked the hotel. Our room was awesome. Felt like I was in a 5 star resort. Dayshift staff are the best. Breakfast was delicious. I believe they are owned by locals and that is a plus. I was welcomed with a refreshing lemonade that was delicious. Restaurants and Centro is within walking distance. I recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.」

「Great little hotel in Merida. Well located, a little walk from the plaza Grande. Leo the owner, is welcoming and very accomodating. He generously gives you tips on activities and restaurants. The place itself is nice, well decorated. My room was of regular size, with a nice shower. It was very clean and quiet, as it was quite far from the street. AC was working very well, WIFI was good too. You can start your day with a nice coffee made by the owner, and a croissant or some sort of...
