"Everything was near by, the hotel was pretty clean the only downside was the parking "

Staff was courteous however the incorrect information was provided when i asked about cutting my stay by one day if I would be refunded. The evening staff informed me i would be refunded however the morning staffed told me otherwise. "

"Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. "

"Acter waiting an hour to check in, they took us to a dirty room. Then we were told it was 150 to park, then when we went to park, it changed to 175. The staff refused to help. After leaving because we had no other option with the car and our stuff, we tried to have expida contact them, the emailed and called with no response. Save your money and avoid.
