「Talk about luxury. We were blown away and not prepared for the truly 5-star experience they offer. It’s hard to describe how perfect the villas and overall set up with the beach club is… amazing!」

「Too many insects in the rooms due poor construction and gaps in windows and doors. Pool water not clean. Beach and waves are outstanding - however this is not a place for young children or weaker swimmers to enter the ocean. There is a very steep beach creating a powerful backwash after each wave. Paradise for surfers though. The waves just don't want to stop breaking and are excellent to surf.」

「This was a great property located right on the beach in Playa Hermosa. The rooms were very clean with ac and nice high ceilings. The staff was friendly and helpful and the view was amazing. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area!」

「Excellent property and management. Quick communication. You can walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. The club bar has the best pina coladas! The pool at the house was super clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again.」

「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」

「On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..」

「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「Tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El lugar estuvo increíble: muy limpio, cómodo y con un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. La atención fue excelente desde el primer momento, y la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. 「Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee.
