We got room 202, got there late and smell like sewer or mold from used AC. The smell was unbearable and I had to ask for a room change, we were given room 201 but still smell bad, the AC was not working well. The room has a jacuzzi inside and old Cassette AC system either or both cause bad smell and mold. These rooms should not be rented until proper repairs and cleaning are completed. At the restaurant the guy was using an air blower to clean up - very high noise and just removing the sand but not actually sanitizing the area.

La experiencia no fue buena! Las barandas de los balcones estaban con herrumbre. La habitación tenía una luz súper baja color amarilla que hacía que el cuarto se sintiera triste. El desayuno fue terrible, solo tenían gallo pinto, plátanos huevos(lagos fríos) pan y frutas con cáscara, y lo peor es que el “jugo de naranja” era ahí con tang (realmente es terrible que pongan esta opción). El elevador no servía el primer día y el segundo día si, pero Iliana humedad. La habitación no tenía lámparas de noche y había que levantarse hasta casi la puerta para apagar y encender las luces. Las puertas para salir al balcón estaban llenas de herrumbre también. Hay muchas cosas que mejorar, al menos en el desayuno: Como poner tortillas palmeadas que es una opción costarricense y queso fresco. Pancakes Estas opciones son económicas y podrían hacer la diferencia. A la propiedad le hace falta un poco más de dedicación y amor en hacer las cosas.
