「The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times.」

「Everything was perfect from check in until check out. Arrived at the guard gate and Nelson was very professional in checking my credentials in order to get into the property. Christian in the front office was also very professional in checking our passports and reservation confirmation. The grounds were immaculate with lots of foliage to and from the condo. Our condo 19 was spotless and had everything you needed for a week stay...even had a couple of waters in the fridge for us upon...

「Rooms and grounds were spotless. I booked five rooms for my family. Everyone loved it. The staff was amazing. There was not any complaints from any of us. Food was excellent. Location close to main shopping and dining strip. 」

「Rooms were air conditioned and very nice, was cleaned everyday, staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the wildlife during breakfast was so entertaining. Pool was amazing 」

Me and my husband only stayed one night because that’s all they had available. We stayed at a different hotel in Jaco the second night and drove back to eat dinner at Peppers. We definitely plan on staying here again.」

「The best rooms are the private with shared bathrooms. The view is great from this room. And the bathroom was always well kept. There is lack of internet in the fully private rooms, etc. 」
