The entire team provided very kind service. The location is wonderful, with an incredible view of the beach and the sunset. The facilities are cozy and very clean. I will definitely come back more often and have already recommended it to my Brazilian family and friends. Highly recommended!

The hotel was too noise, and they play loud music until 1am every night but Monday. Guest there also are not polite enough about hall etiquettes' and talk loudly there early in the morning and in the middle of the night. There is no gym in this hotel, so the description about it isn't accurate. The rooms have mold because of excess of humid in the country, and if you have issues with it, you would better off finding a different place to stay because the ACs here are not good enough to keep the mold in challenge. The hotel crew are nice, and the food is alright. The drinks are water down, but I can see why they have to do that.

We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!

Very nice place. Felt like there could have been more of a variety with the food, but the drinks were good. We were also limited on the number of pool towels we could use, couldn’t have more without returning our old ones and room service took ours before we left so we didn’t have any towels the last day. Overall very nice place for the price and great staff.

This is was my third visit to Jaco and have stayed at The Best western each time due to the amazing staff / service / food and it is located directly on the beach. There is nothing like seeing a Jaco Beach Sunset while have drinks on property or watching from the beach.

This property is very generous with their check out time. They allowed us to check out at the appropriate time and also allowed us to stay at the property for lunch and use their amenities until 3pm. The food and drinks options were different every day and they tasted so good. When I visit Jaco again, I am definitely staying here.
