"This hotel gets pretty much everything right: comfy large bed, large bathroom, an air conditioner that is both quiet and effective, friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Parking is relatively expensive, but there is an area behind the hotel where you can usually park free of charge. As well as a restaurant, there is a nice outdoor informal cafe that also serves food. Highly recommended."

"Breakfast menu is vey comprehensive, with hot items cooked to order. Lovely large comfortable dining area overlooking views to the outside. Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order."

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
