「The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along. On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel.」

「Fui en pleno verano y no servía el aire acondicionado. Pedí más de 3 veces en ver la posibilidad que me cambiaran a un cuarto con mejor aire y no sucedió. Lo único que puedo salvar es que me dieron un ventilador. Pero no era algo que estaba tan económico como para que no sirviera el aire.」

「Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.」
