「The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along. On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel.」
