I had a wonderful stay at Letoh Letoh Hotel. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible on foot, making it perfect for exploring the area. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, featuring a Chesterfield sofa that adds a touch of elegance and charm. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms have been beautifully renovated in a contemporary style, combining modern design with comfort and attention to detail. Overall, LetoH LetoH Hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the fantastic walkable location, stylish renovations, inviting lobby, and great service, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel, very modern. Rooms nice and spacious. Was a bit noisy from the street outside but given it’s in the centre of the old town impossible to avoid. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well located. Corner rooms have wrap around terrace. Deluxe room has no true closet and bathrooms are not true rooms - more like glass booths. Overall good but minimal. The sole lift was incredibly slow, even the door! Mostly used the stairs. Good coffe bar and common area.

Very nice place, in the heart of old Bilbao. The only negative comment would be that the walls are super thin, therefore you can hear the other rooms pretty well. Also, please note that, since cars can't circulate in the old part of town, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel (about 5 mins, nothing to exhausting). Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Hotel is decorated nicely and the rooms are stylish. My room (404) had a slightly odd smell that I couldn’t get rid of - but far worse was the WiFi, which just didn’t work in that room despite me logging out and trying again, etc. Staff said they’d investigate but I didn’t hear anything further. Also found a long dark hair under the pillow when I arrived in the room, so can’t give the hotel very high marks for cleanliness I’m afraid. Overall it was ok but would stay elsewhere on a future visit.
