The rooms are updated (at least the one I was in), everything works and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue are the elevators. At the time I stayed there one was out of order, while the other 3 really struggled. The wait to go up and down at "rush" hours was unusually long. "

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and right next to the BTS station, which made getting from the airport to the property very convenient. The service was excellent overall, and Kaew stood out with her exceptional care. She was so friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything feel special. The Mediterranean food at Trattoria@22 was fresh and really tasty, especially enjoying it with that poolside vibe. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great variety too. Plenty of solid options to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. They have two stunning infinity pools. Our room had an amazing view over the Bangkok skyline. It was super relaxing and comfortable stay all around. I’d definitely go back."

"Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!"
