「Check in staff was amazing 」

「I would not recommend this hotel. Poor location, difficult and filthy surroundings. This has to be the worst value hotel I've encountered in Bangkok that I can remember. Too many other options that are far superior. Extremely disappointed 😔.」

「My family and I enjoyed every moment staying in this Hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Convenient location, close by to the shopping centers and food courts. Clean rooms, hosting includes sauna, swimming pool and gym services.」

「Receptionists are so friendly but room cleanliness was terrible.」

「Convenient location, but facilities need an upgrade The hotel's location is highly convenient. However, the facilities and decor are quite outdated. Soundproofing is poor; I could hear people walking by the hallway throughout the night, which was very disturbing. The bathroom is also small and old. On the bright side, the cleanliness was acceptable.」
