"The hotel location is absolutely stunning. The room itself wasn't anything fancy. When we arrived the AC was leaking so we had to call maintenance & a dehumidifier had to be on the entire time we were there which got noisy when trying to sleep. Our door frame to our patio door was completely moving and you could literally pull it off the wall. There was a giant crack between the wall and door. If someone wanted to break-in they totally could have. The breakfast was included but it was very basic. It did the trick. The pools and hot springs were awesome! Our kids totally enjoyed it :)"

"I enjoyed this place a lot! The personal was really respectful and friendly. The lady from the spa was sooo nice and lovely! Everyone is extremely nice and I am so happy I choosed this place to stay in! My only “complaint” would be May be the high prices in the restaurant for dinner. But you have sodas nerby! I loved the location of this place to! I would come back for suuuure !!!!! "

"The landscaping and privacy were great. The location of the hotel to the town was great. Rooms were very good would recommend luggage racks and smaller sink with more counter. Breakfast and the staff were wonderful. Would stay here again. "

"Great stay and amazing location but the room was not clean. Right when my friend and I walked into the room, we found an acrylic nail on the floor and hair in the shower. The towels had bleach stain on them and the mattress was really hard. Like rock solid. The property is gorgeous so we had no complaints about that and staff was very nice, especially at the restaurant. We also had a big bug problem in the room (understandable since we are in the jungle I get it) but it was really bad. There is a gap under the sliding door with squished bugs that were not cleaned. SO many bugs and we were freaking out killing them everynight before we went to bed."

"Great place to stay! We were here for 3 nights and loved it. Some days were busier than others due to "one day passes" that can be purchased by others not staying at the resort. The water slides were fun and exciting. We laughed when we read the signs that said "not recommended for persons over 55" hahaha. I'm 56 and my husband is 58. They are pretty exhilarating, so I then understood the recommendation. A couple of kids cried after being shot out like a rocket at the end. So, I'd be careful of the age and ability of children (and over 55's hahaha) that use them. The resort is beautifully done with lots of organized jungle, waterfalls, hot spring pools, etc. I would say the only "negative" comment I have is that the buffet was not great. Drive a few minutes and hit a better restaurant in town."
