「If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. 」

「Die Lage der Lodge ist wirklich traumhaft. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und gepflegt vom gemeinsamen Pool & Whirlpool bis hin zu den Zimmern, die immer sehr sauber waren. Und es gibt tolle Außenduschen. Auch der Balkon vom Zimmer gab uns das Gefühl mitten im Dschungel zu sein. Besonders begeistert waren wir von allen Mitarbeitern, die immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit waren. Nicht weit weg ist auch der wunderschöne Wasserfall und bei gutem Wetter ist der riesige Vulkan zu sehen. 」

「Clean room. Amenities at hotel were nice. Sometimes in evening felt ignored if you were not directly in the restaurant for food. Hot tub great and individual room hot tub nice. A little bit too hot. I wish there was a way to add some cold water to moderate it. Grounds lovely and felt very private. Felt safe. Nice to walk around. Staff overall nice and helpful. Clean rooms and towels. 」
