"We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself."

"Staff very friendly at reception Classic traditional ‘cruise ship’ style as expected Impeccably clean Bathroom very dated, infitting with a ship, shower only and extremely heavy door dangerous when having children in the room with you. Couldnt prop bathroom door open and no working fan in the bathroom for stream. Reason for low score was complete lack of sleep due to room being uncomfortably warm the entire time. Staff attempted to assist by providing two fans however as window doesnt open this just circulated the warm air around. When speaking to reception they advised they had another room to move us to however said they knocked on our door at 11am to offer us it and as we didnt answer they gave it to someone else! Hard to believe anyone goes to London to stay in their room until 11am and wait to be offered another room plus they has our emails and phone numbers to try to contact us also but didnt attempt to. Breakfast was fine but really poor set up, long queues at hot drinks station and hot food just due to poor layout noone could access until person at front has completely moved out of the way. This could be fixed easily by the staff walking through the setup as guests do. Overall we were offered an upgrade on a return stay however lack of sleep ruined our weekend and due to that unfortunately we wouldnt return"

"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"We stayed in this hotel because the location was near ABBA Voyage, being a nice walk of 25 minutes or one stop on the DLR just up the road. The hotel is really comfortable and clean and an excellent price for London. The staff were great. We have stayed at a Moxy hotel before and really like the rooms. Great shower, lovely touches like a light that lights up under the bed when you get out in the night. There is an ironing room on each floor. We love that you get a free cocktail upon arrival. The breakfast was really good ... lots of choice from a full English, to a good quality continental and lots of breads and pastries. All in all, a great stay- we will definitely return!"

"Nice modern property and convenient location "

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"
