This is good option to stay in London, close to the overground station and bus stops. The hotel is tiny but clean and safe. The staff was always attentive to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible.

I booked this hotel while travelling. Easy check-in. The front desk person was very nice and freindly gesture. Room was clean, washroom was ok. Overall good location with all facilities very near including Ilford train station just 3 minutes walk. Over all with this price a very good service.

Very good

An excellent and thoughtful host who cares about his rooms and the experience guests have. He even offered to buy me anything from Ikea, that I might need as he was going on a trip there! A clean, tidy and comfortable stay and I would happily come back for this price point too.

The staff member was lovely giving lots of tips and helping me to feel welcome. HOWEVER the smell was only bearable if I slept in the bathroom. Moths were in the room. The socket for electricals in the bathroom was fully charred and covered around the edges with duct tape. Furniture was fairly damaged as well. Left to stay somewhere else.

Amazing !!!

Beautiful stay at this hotel , staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and very comfortable, don’t hesitate to book just book ( the rooms look newly built aswell) and as for the shower the shower was 10/10 it comes out at such a beautiful pace you can adjust it so you don’t have to hold the shower either , I really enjoyed my stay here for such a reasonable price

I stayed here from the 1st of March to the 6th of March. My stay was great. There was a issue with my room the first day and they upgraded me to a even better and bigger room. The staff was lovely. The man in the reception is very kind and very helpful. They continually greet you with a big smile. The location is perfect. You literally have everything around there. I will be booking this hotel next time I visit London.

Nearly a good place

As a new hotel it is in a good location and is very clean and fresh. There are however a few minor things thad need addressing such as they have one communal ironing board which has a ripped cover and falls off. They also only have one iron. It is also advertised that you have tea and coffee in your room and this is in the pictures but this is not the case. A few minor tweaks and this could be a great little hotel as it has excellent wifi, great location and comfy beds.

The shower was not usable. The "rain head" had not been descaled in ages. Too much furniture in a small room ... would have suited a single bed. Small radiator swamped by the bed was cold despite extra blanket.

Excellent, will be back.

I enjoyed it and I plan to be back. Marks on the sink were a bit off putting, could do with a mini renovation. Was impressed with the iron and hairdryer when requested. Manager is excellent and helpful. So much in walking distance. Easy to receive food deliveries by meeting at the door. Nice warm and hot water. Appreciate the kettle, mugs, glasses, microwave and the right amount of hangers in the wardrobe. Housekeeping is every other day. Think this needs to be updated online but that was okay for us and you can always request if you need something in between such as fresh towels. Appreciate the net curtains to keep the light coming in and maintain privacy at the same time. An important thing that we look for when booking.
