「Very clean, bed so comfy. Loved the roof top balcony. Staff awesome. The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. The breakfast room didn’t have people there for coffee sometimes. The front desk people had to come help us get coffee. The roof top staff...

「I was able to change my Hotel room because the one that I was assigned, had a table lamp that wasn't working, air condition not blowing properly, and a part that was broken. The African American man who was at the front desk was very pleasant and professional.」

「The experience is easy and beautiful from the beginning, parking, checking in, baggage, and service. The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. The two beds offered both a more firm mattress and one had a softer experience which I love personally. The pillows too, many options of firm or soft.
