"Fire alarm went off at 1130pm scaring my wife and myself to the point where we couldn’t go back to sleep for hours. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later that we overheard the front desk worker saying it was a malfunction and they were waiting for the manager to come help turn it off because they didn’t know how to fix it. Other then that we have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years when we are in Pismo beach"

"It’s so. nice to feel cared about by the staff. Gave us a free upgrade and the next day took time to say good morning and ask if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back. Every room has a view. We had a microwave and mini fridge. Very convenient especially when you have so many restaurants within walking distance. Leftovers for lunch the next day or late night. "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Shore Cliff Hotel. First, the customer service was excellent. It was raining when we arrived, but the front desk team stayed upbeat, which made a big difference for us. Second, the room was warm and welcoming. We booked the two-bedroom suite and the view was absolutely breathtaking. And the morning breakfast? Excellent. You can tell a lot of care and planning went into making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, a wonderful stay."
