We love this place we stay everytime we visit Avila or pismo beach. The walls are thin but we deal with it. We aren’t in our room much anyways. Walking distance from coffee. Park is around the corner. It gives cool beach hut vibes with everything we need.

Room was small but met all our needs. Air conditioner refrigerator microwave coffee maker including coffee and cups. We pleasantly surprised. Loved the location next to a coffee shoot and down the street from the beach! Will definitely stay again. Only negative is the bathroom window did not lock but felt safe anyway. Thank you !

Clean and comfortable, excellent location. I love the family room which has a king bed and separate bedroom with a queen sized bed. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there and will continue to book there if that room is available.

The room was filthy. I had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies the floor was so dirty our feet were black. I was given a dirty wet mop with nothing else. I then went back to the front desk requesting cleaning chemicals. They gave me what appeared to be fabuloso in a windex bottle and towels. I scrubbed the floor on my hands and knees. They offered to switch me rooms after I scrubbed the floor. At check out they requested I pay a pet fee in cash. Would never stay here again. The door to our room had clearly been kicked in and the frame was screwed back into the wall.

It wasnt the best place to stay at...small rooms and they didnt smell so clean. The staff didnt speak english had to talk to a lady on the phone and she had to translate. Cheap price! Dont think i will be staying there again.

We had the family room equipped 2 large beds, a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We didnt have a car but there were plently of spots. The location was great as my sister and in-laws were down the street. I felt safe doing my late runs around the neighbourhood. My mom would head next door for her morning coffee. Two things with one that can be taken care off. 1- replace the towel bar in the bathroom or add more places to hang clothes ( we stayed for 6 nights so needed to wash and air dry) 2- walls were thin and i could hear EVERYTHING from next door Thank goodness there wasn't anyone next door on the first and last night so i could get some sleep. Loved the 2 sinks and heater/AC combo. Staff was very good in getting me towels and luggage rack. Goos luck to the new owners!
