We had a great and comfortable stay! Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of 3! Loved the amenities and the location was perfect! Virtual staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

Such a cute boutique hotel! We just stayed for one night on our way up the coast, but we would definitely stay again! Two adults/two teens fit very comfortably in the standard suite! Our "room" (which was more like a small apartment) was adorably decorated, thoughtfully detailed, and stocked with everything we could need! I particularly loved the comfy bed/pillows and the kitchen was stocked with complementary snacks and drinks! Super appreciated the expresso machine-it was put to good use! Location was great-steps to food/shopping and the beach! We added the onsite parking which I think was definitely worth it! Staff was helpful and super responsive during our stay! We will definitely visit this little gem again!

It was not apparent that the hotel’s on virtual checking. While we appreciated many good features, the virtual checking places this property at the lowest level of hospitality. It saves costs for the owners but reflects very negatively on the experience.

Great stay for the Pismo Car Show, my only few suggestions would be to stock more items, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper and no way to get more, also the coffee creamers and sugars were only enough for 2 cups of coffee during our 3 day stay. For the price, I would suggest having enough, otherwise great place, easy to get in and out of and comfortable beds!

Fabulous stay in a king sea view suite, super cute retro inspired decor, excellent bed with beautiful white linens and pillows to sink into, large fluffy white towels for the large walk in shower & plenty of lovely Malin & Goetz toiletries. Super efficient aircon. Laundry room, ice machine and big bonus of beach towels. Right in the heart of things and a few minutes from the beach.

Room was extremely cute and well decorated. There was a large piece of broken glass in the floor when we got there and that was scary because we have a toddler. The rest of the place was very clean. The pull out sofa bed was so worn out that it was basically unusable. It should be replaced. No staff, weird automated check in. Location was great though.
