「房间有一股味道，洗澡间出来的木地板很滑，房间的咖啡机坏了叫前台帮忙换没帮我换。不过，他们的态度都很友好，给了我一个在窗外可以看到一颗漂亮的树的房间」

「The property is going through a pool update which I’m sure will look great, they did a great job decorating the lobby and outside for Halloween. Very friendly and clean, the only thing that needs attention is the bathroom in our room, it was clean but needs an update, you can only repair and rehang wallpaper so much before it needs replacement. Would I stay here again, absolutely for the price it’s well worth it. 」

「Well lit parking. Easy to find. Outside stairs/ outside doors. No elevator. Clean room. Beds are comfortable. AC rattled some so I had to mess with the settings to get that to stop. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Good hotel if you need a clean room and shower for a night. 」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

I’m traveling with my sprinter van business and I booked room here after the load was delivered. The next day my dispatch company was not ready for me another load by checking out. 「This is an amazing property! I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo when visiting the Winston-Salem area. It is centrally located and in a highly walkable area. If you choose not to valet park your car, there is a very inexpensive garage one block away by the bus station. The staff understand good customer service and were always friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and beautifully decorated. This is now my "go to" hotel when visiting the Winston-Salem area!」
