「離舊城區很近,大概步行5分鐘就抵達盧卡城牆,飯店內就有免費的停車位,如果是開車的人,是很方便的選擇,員工很友善,很親切,此區感覺蠻安全的,只可惜沒電梯,如果有住在三樓的就要搬行李」

「The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. 」

「Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is lovated about 10 minute walk from the wall and about 15 from vity centre. Room was bit outdated but very clean. Only minus i have is the noise, we had a room in the third floor near the elevator and i kept waking up because the noise from the hallway. Earplugs must! Very good breakfast and good overall experience!」

「We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the...
