We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable and the shower was good. The gardens are gorgeous and the perfect place to sit for a drink or a quiet (bring your own) lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good, you won't go hungry and Matteo will make your coffee how ever you like it.

Great hotel and Location

This hotel was beautiful, very clean with a lovely outside. The staff were very accommodating and managed to get rooms ready for our very large party so that we could leave luggage before check in. The location is a short walk from the walls of Lucca, so a great opportunity to walk through them on the way to the inner walls. I would recommend. Thanks for a great stay.
