「It’s an excellent stop by for flight travel to other city. It included everything we need, eg free parking, delicious breakfast and closed to airport (drive 16 mins to airport from hotel)」

「I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「It was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for the one night. The staff were incredible helpful and accommodating (from showing us our room, bringing our bags, offering wine, giving us the best pizza recommendations, bringing our bags to the taxi, etc). We have already told a few friends they have to stay there when they visit Naples. Super clean and beautiful rooms and even though it is on a busy street, you wouldn’t know it while in the hotel room. The decor in the rooms...

「The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! 」

「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」

「The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.」
