Pas d'accueil ( bon ce n'est pas le premier mais c'est toujours triste surtoutpourun "10"...), une chambre propre certes mais pas non plus exceptionnelle, une douche rafistolee au scotch, des moisissures au plafond, une "vue sur la ville"??? View from the rooms- especially upgraded rooms- like ur on a cruise ship- water as far as u can see ! gorgeous room amenities very good - aligned w 4 star rating also good location! it seemed that this was a good hotel for families who were looking for a lot of activity and not necessarily a super posh, elegant environment… Having said that the beach and the view were two things that would bring me back to this hotel Solid nice stay."

"Beautiful minimalist property that had every amenity from coffee bar, liquor bar, breakfast and lunch restaurant. Plenty of beach, chairs, umbrellas, and tables at the private beach along with plenty of beach toys from paddle boats to kayaks. The beach is very rocky but they had plenty of beach shoes to borrow. The most pleasant surprise was it was an easy walk to the historical downtown where there were plenty of bargains to be had add beautiful restaurants to enjoy. Thanks to the staff for making it a very pleasant and enjoyable stay you can’t beat the view from anyone of the rooms that also have a private terrace."

"We were lucky to find this place by accident after we wanted to leave touring Sicily cities. The gated secure resort is situated on a high area and overlooks the ocean on many sides. The place is very clean and the staff were all very kind. You can enjoy the pool area or take a walk to the resort beach. The water at the beach was crystal clear. Bring your snorkel because there are lots of fish and the beach was stunning! You can get food at the beach. The resort has many restaurants or you can choose to eat at the buffet which was also very nice. There are remote bars at many locations. Finding Pollina Resort is what made our trip to Sicily amazing!"
