What I loved the most is the views, the beach, you should drive to go into Cefalu downtown area; tons of restaurants, live bands, many shops & monuments to see. The staff at Blue Bay are all fantastic, helpful, kind, and just so friendly. We loved our stay and it was such a dream vacation!!! Gracie from room 305 ( Angelo & Lucy)

The location of this property is only matched in quality by the relaxed staff and atmosphere they create. We will definitely come back at some stage, everything about our stay here was perfect. Staff and facilities were exactly what we were looking for at the end of a touring holiday.

Location is fantastic; however, the property - perhaps not the rooms which are standard and not stylish at all - needs a refurbishment. It would then be a true 4 star hotel and then much more expensive than the value you get for your money as it is. We stayed for the night on our way to the east side of the island.

The property is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious with every possible amenity. The beach is perfect and they provide water floats, canoes, etc at no cost. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend and the value was excellent.

Unterkunft war super. Sehr zu empfehlen. Cefalu ist nur wenige Fahrminuten weg. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. (Hier könnt man noch sowas wie Rühreier anbieten) Die eigene Strandbucht liegt in einem Meer mit Steinen. Hier sollte man sich entsprechend Schuhe kaufen vorher. Die Unterkunft selbst hatte aber ebenfalls Tauchermasken, Badeschuhe, Kanus und Tretboote angeboten.

What a place! Blue Bay is in the most incredible location, the photos do not do it justice. We only spent two nights here but would love to have stayed more. Even my non-beach loving partner had a fantastic time enjoying the surroundings and all the water activities that are included, such as snorkelling, beach shoes, kayaks, water chairs and pedalos. The hotel was lovely and clean and the room was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and the staff were incredibly helpful, the quickest check in we have ever experienced! You are around a 25 minute walk from town but it is worth it. Cefalu is gorgeous with incredible sunsets and restaurants to enjoy. The hotel has small salads and snacks and there is a place just along from the hotel (past the Kalaru hotel next door) which does fabulous arancini for lunch, although sadly we only discovered this on the last day! You can also get lunch at the Kalaru next door which is a little pricey but nothing terrible. Or you could take your own food for lunch as the apartment has a little kitchenette. We would 100% recommend and would rush back tomorrow if we could, I very much hope to return one day.

Great place to stay outside of the town. Short 20 minute walk into town. Rooms are set up well, nice beach, kayaks to use, good breakfast, friendly staff. Run by a family. They are always available to help if needed. Shower in the room was really nice. Wifi was a bit spotty. Lots of steps to get to rooms/beach. It is a beautiful area and we would come back and stay here.

Good value for the property, which is newly renovated and very clean. We had the room with a sauna in bedroom area, which we enjoyed, as weather was bad and it was chilly! The guy at front desk (didn’t remember his name) was very helpful throughout our stay—efficient and friendly. But, unfortunately, that ended with him. The rest of the staff we encountered were completely indifferent to guests—especially the breakfast staff who had no interest in helping or smiling or even looking like they were there for guests. No eye contact, not a smile from any of them. Very strange vibe. Views from the hotel were spectacular! And, the value for the price was good.
