Amazing time! I honestly loved the bungalows we stayed in, felt like a high end experience even though the signature stay is a better experience but we truly loved our room and the staff was so nice and the buffet was amazing didn't really need to experience the other restaurants and the bar in the lobby was amazing

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und angenehm. Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, besonders das Personal hier – alle sind sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben den Aufenthalt viel schöner gemacht und ich habe mich die ganze Zeit wohlgefühlt. Eine tolle Erfahrung, ich komme gerne wieder.

Breakfast was ok but never changed I would not recommend a long stay.Only 4 restaurants were actually open as two are not year round. Actual sea not available to go in due to constant bad and unsafe conditions meaning no water sports as advertised Excursions that are available all have an extra fee to participate in making them overpriced in my eyes. Everything we could do is in cefalu so u pay money and are given time limits to go there I would suggest staying in Cefalu or Palermo

Bij aankomst was het even een “oooh” voor wat betreft locatie (midden tussen industrie & geen leuk dorpje om je heen), maar zodra je binnen de muren van Palladium bent waan je je in een oase. Prachtig blauwe zee, bergen, zwembaden en palmbomen. De terrassen zijn mooi en je zit tussen de citroenboompjes. Eten was prima, maar niet zo fantastisch als sommige beoordelingen hier. Kinderen vonden de diverse sportactiviteiten & het all inclusive helemaal fantastisch, dus leuke ervaring.

The room was clean upon arrival but housekeeping didn’t clean it after my first night and when called that evening, I noticed they took dirty towels off floor and hung them back up. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Nice lifeguards and bartenders as well. All inclusive breakfast, lunch dinner and bar service. They said mini fridge was fully stocked and free but only had one coke. Weird. Lovely on beach property but an hour from Palmer and the airport. I recommend a car if being active and going to city. Surely nice properties closer to everything. I saw at least three different pools and direct beach access but beach has a lot of shells.

Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Essen war unterschiedlich – manchmal sehr lecker, manchmal eher langweilig. Beim Grill gab es nicht viele hochwertige Fleischsorten zur Auswahl. Der Pizzateig und die Sauce waren gut, der Mozzarella hingegen überhaupt nicht. Besteck und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter an der Bar – sehr freundlich und einladend. Auch das Personal im Buffetrestaurant war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer am Lächeln. Die Girls aus der Entertainment-Gruppe waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und auch der Service war gut. Da wir drei Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-in angekommen sind, mussten wir 90 € für Early Check-in bezahlen. Andernfalls hätten wir nichts erhalten, nicht einmal Wasser. Gerade an der Rezeption wäre ein Getränkeservice für früh angereiste Gäste empfehlenswert.

Solide, aber mit Luft nach oben Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist wirklich vorbildlich, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage waren gut gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, einzige Ausnahme war der Herr an der Rezeption, der einen eher überheblichen Eindruck hinterliess. Was uns sehr überrascht hat: Wir sind gegen 10:30 Uhr angereist, haben sofort 90 € bezahlt und konnten danach nichts essen, da das Mittagessen erst ab 13:00 Uhr startet. Wir haben sogar angeboten, separat zu bezahlen, auch das war keine Option. Mit Kindern wirklich schwierig, also unbedingt genügend Snacks bei frühere Anreise mitbringen! Die Anlage ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel eher durchschnittlich, mit Antalya nicht zu vergleichen. Für sehr kleine oder ältere Kinder ab 9 Jahren geeignet, für die Altersgruppe dazwischen kaum eine Option. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, beim Grillfleisch war die Qualität jedoch enttäuschend und das Angebot extrem schweinelastig, Fazit: Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals sind top, aber für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gibt es in puncto Gastronomie und Flexibilität noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Kein „Wow”, aber auch kein kompletter Reinfall.
