「The rooms were dirty and smelled of sweat or body order. There was always a smell of cigarettes and Marijuana the halls and in the rooms we kept the windows open the whole stay so that we could get fresh air. There was trash bags in the hallway on the 3rd floor and chairs in the stairwell. The elevator was dirty and they had boxes stacked right by the entrance/exit. We did not try the breakfast because we didn't feel comfortable based on the cleanliness of the rooms. All of the towels were so...

「They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.」

「Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into.
