「Close to exit of the highway, noisy in midnight if you open your window. Good restaurant and winery nearby. Parking lot available.」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff」

「Great hotel, good location, staff was great, would recommend.」

I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected...

「Here is good to have a vacation in Firenze. All of them are friendly. We are enjoying」
