「Very convenient parking just behind the building. Staff were always on hand by phone for any queries. Kitchen clean. Excellent breakfast selection of goods. Good location. A very comfortable stay.」

「環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。」

「Hotel was great. Perhaps needed more breakfast staff. Food was served cold ish. Guessing not enough staff on. Otherwise everyone was very polite. 3rd time of staying and we will be back next year.」

「The hotel and the room are beautiful and the staff are great. Food was excellent. Parking included was appreciated. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my preference of a softer mattress and no additional mattress topper was available when asked. 」

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...

「酒店位置很好，后面就是前往科茨沃尔德的公交车站，作为中转一晚的地点还是不错的，只是这种老房子都没有电梯，我们安排在了四楼，而且四楼是层高最矮的，房间有点小，不过总体还可以，爷爷人很好，早餐比较简单」

「The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price...

「Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them」

「Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,」
