「Vertical Sky Suites (VSS) is an experience without parallel, in the best way. We (family of four) arrived at the base road after a taxi ride (arranged by VSS), stowed some of our extra gear at a secure storage site, then rode the last bit up on 4-wheelers with two experienced guides. Upon arrival in the main dome, we were greeted by an incredible view and the friendly hostess. We ordered dinner, were guided with care to our hanging pod, and relaxed there taking in the mind boggling views until...

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Room was clean and comfortable, Staff were super friendly and helpful with requests. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, had some local flavours which were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet but not an overwhelming amount of choices, some fresh fruits, a mix of hot local fare and some western choices.
