「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「The staff was very friendly and they had everything we needed in our room. The only thing I would add is the entrance to the hotel is a hike, and I mean the stairs seem endless. I wish they had a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying the lodge name because it was difficult to find, and no one around seemed to know. Other than that amazing, clean, and hot showers are perfect.」

「Really friendly and helpful staff」

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」

「You cannot get more central in terms of location. Right at the end of the street from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and the key archeological sites. The balcony rooms overlook the river and the rooms are very spacious. The included breakfast makes for an easy start to your day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
