「Staff members were really helpful」

「The staffs are very nice and helpful. Even they cannot speak English, but still tried their best to help. The room is clean, with a nice bathroom. There is hot water with good water pressure.」

「Personnel affable et serviable. Extrêmement propre et super bien localisé à proximiter de tou」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「This is small, cozy hotel that is very clean and conveniently close to the Plaza de Armas. While the rooms are small, it was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler. The staff is nice and always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast is basic, just enough to get the day started and could improved, but overall it is a great stay. My room was very quiet. I would absolutely come back to this hotel.」

「Great find in Cusco. Feels like you’re living in a little courtyard. Home with lots of little rooms super well taken care of super nice people.!」

「It’s a very cozy boutique hotel staff are very nice and nice location as well. The only downside is the small breakfast room the capacity is small have to wait if all goes early.」

「This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「就是早上5点多不能提供现煮鸡蛋但是品种还是多样的」

「Very strict on check in time which is 3pm so had to wait Other than that hotel is in a good location and is good」

「The hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fresh made omelets were a great way to start our day. The beds were also very comfortable. There is a lot of live music in close proximity to the hotel but the doors and windows look newly installed and blocked almost all of the sound, they do provide ear plugs in the room but we never needed them. Would recommend for future travelers!」

「-Location is good, right next to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room 」
